Job summary

Azelis is seeking an International Order Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global customer orders, handle import/export documentation, and coordinate cross-border logistics in a structured ERP/SAP environment.

In this role you will maintain order accuracy, liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and shipment updates while meeting KPIs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end order management and import/export documentation.
• Proficiency with ERP/SAP systems for order processing and billing.
• Familiarity with cross-border logistics and supply chain coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily end-to-end international order management activities in ERP.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Prepare export/import documentation for regional customs.
• Ensure order status trackers are up to date and KPI targets met.
• Support demand planning and inventory control.
• Compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate shipment status to stakeholders and customers.
