Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a meticulous Order Management professional to support APAC sales and consignment orders. You will handle order entry across multiple channels, coordinate bookings, and ensure on-time deliveries while coordinating with warehouses and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires strong communication in English and the ability to work across multicultural teams, with exposure to SAP and ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in one or more foreign languages to support interactions (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Mandarin).
• Experience in customer service, logistics, export operations, supply chain, or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders through all channels (EDI, OCR, manual, email).
• Coordinate surgery and procedural bookings with inventory and delivery requirements.
• Manage order fulfilment: entry, allocation, shipment, delivery tracking, issue resolution.
• Support logistics by liaising with warehouses, freight providers, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate export and cross-border shipments, including documentation and customs info.
• Identify and resolve order, inventory, and delivery issues to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning and external customers.
• Maintain compliance with policies and KPIs (order accuracy, billing, timeliness).
