Job summary

Addiction Pet Foods is seeking an experienced Order Management & Logistics Team Lead (SAP / Export) to drive end-to-end order flow from entry to final delivery across international markets.

You will identify bottlenecks, automate workflows, and build data visibility with ERP, SAP automation, EDI, and dashboards, while leading a cross-functional team across Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics partners.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Order Management, Logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of team lead experience.
• End-to-end understanding of order-to-delivery processes.
• Hands-on experience with order management automation or ERP workflow improvements.
• Strong SAP ERP experience, ideally SAP SD/MM or order-to-cash processes.
• Experience in FMCG/export manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the order management and logistics lifecycle from order entry through final delivery.
• Improve and automate order management processes.
• Lead the Team & Cross-Functional Workflow.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting for visibility.
• Oversee export documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customers.
• Establish SOPs, controls, and KPIs.
