Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Malaysia is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support APAC order entry and management, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while coordinating with in-country teams and customers.

You will handle orders via multiple channels (EDI, OCR, email), manage bookings, shipments, and documentation, and work with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries, with a role that values accuracy, communication, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in one or more foreign languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) to support customer interactions.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders received through all channels, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
• Coordinate surgery and procedural bookings, ensuring all order, inventory, documentation, and delivery requirements are met.
• Manage order fulfilment activities, including order entry, allocation, shipment coordination, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
• Support logistics and distribution operations by liaising with warehouses and freight providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Facilitate export and cross-border shipment requirements, including documentation and customs information.
• Identify and resolve order, inventory, and delivery issues to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and external customers to ensure seamless order-to-delivery execution.
