Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with knowledge in life insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse existing Operations workflows across all offices, and establish consistent operational processes across all offices while considering local regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement SOPs, operational guidelines, and governance frameworks
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitisation, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce manual processing
• Lead and support regional operational projects from planning through implementation, partnering local Operations teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and operational changes
• Oversee and administer office administration for Malaysia office, including office organization, inventory management, office expenses, reception duties and facilities management
• Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
