Job summary

Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad is seeking a hands-on Manager, Operations Governance to strengthen governance, risk and controls across insurance operations. The role covers audit management, regulatory submissions, incident management and governance reporting for senior management and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
• CIA and ICA certifications are an added advantage.
• 7–10 years in operations governance, audit, risk and control; 3–5 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit management across internal, external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and translate into actionable guidance.
• Oversee incident and issue management from identification to remediation.
• Facilitate Risk & Control Self‑Assessment and RRSA processes.
• Prepare governance reports for senior management, Risk Committee and Board.
• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 subordinates.
