Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan J-Recruit Sdn Bhd is seeking a commercially driven Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across brokerage, compliance, and support functions in Kuala Lumpur.

Working closely with the CEO, you will drive operational excellence, scalable SOPs, client onboarding, KYC/AML, deposits/withdrawals, CRM, and MT5 support.

You will oversee regional expansion into Southeast Asia and other markets, manage 50+ staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in financial services.
• 3+ years in senior leadership roles in Forex/CFD/Securities/Futures/FinTech.
• Proven track record managing teams of 50+ people.
• Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5, CRM systems, KYC/AML, payments, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the company's operational strategy and scalable SOPs.
• Oversee brokerage operations including onboarding, KYC/AML, deposits/withdrawals, CRM, and MT5 support.
• Lead Operations, Customer Service, KYC/AML, Payments, HR, and Finance teams.
• Partner with Compliance and Risk to strengthen internal controls and audits.
• Manage global payment partners and optimize deposit/withdrawal turnaround.
• Support regional expansion into Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, and the Middle East.
