Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from QS Top 200 universities preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in fintech or FX/CFD brokerage operations.
• At least 3 years in team management or cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of MT5 / cTrader systems.
• Design disaster recovery strategies for platform stability.
• Optimize client lifecycle processes including onboarding and KYC.
