A recruitment agency is seeking a Broker Operation Director in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of trading platforms and ensure stability through disaster recovery strategies. A Bachelor’s degree from a top university and at least 5 years of experience in fintech or brokerage operations is required. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from QS Top 200 universities preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in fintech or FX/CFD brokerage operations.
• At least 3 years in team management or cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of MT5 / cTrader systems.
• Design disaster recovery strategies for platform stability.
• Optimize client lifecycle processes including onboarding and KYC.

MT4 / MT5 / cTrader server architecture knowledge
