𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: USD 5,000 – 10,000 / Month (Negotiable Higher) MYR 23,000 - MYR 47,000 / Month

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘵𝗿𝘅: FinTech / FX / CFD Brokerage

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization of MT5 / cTrader, website, CRM, and back‑office systems
Design and implement high‑availability and disaster recovery strategies to ensure 24/7 platform stability
Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks; lead major incident resolution and post‑mortems
Optimize end‑to‑end client lifecycle processes including onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance
Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to improve efficiency and client experience

Requirements

Bachelors degree or above; QS Top 200 universities preferred (Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related fields)
Minimum 5 years experience in fintech or FX/CFD brokerage operations or technical operations
At least 3 years of team management or cross‑functional leadership experience
Strong hands‑on knowledge of MT4 / MT5 / cTrader server architecture, administration, and troubleshooting
Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong stakeholder communication skills
