Wilhelmsen invites you to join our Marine Products division in Kuala Lumpur as a Central Customer Service Junior Coordinator. You will process RFQs and POs, coordinate with LCS and GCS, and help deliver exceptional service to our vessel customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy.
• Able to prioritize, communicate effectively and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and POs via the Global Customer Service mailbox.
• Ensure inquiries are answered within SLA.
• Provide administrative support to GCS and LCS teams.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks with Supply Chain/LCS.
