Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a systems support or technical support environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and systems fluency.
• Knowledge of the platforms: Cvent, EventsAir or Qondor is advantageous.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with clear communication.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support users across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of M&E business systems, including user access and maintenance.
• Configure and maintain system settings, permissions, templates, and workflows.
• Conduct quarterly access audits to ensure permissions are accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate technical support with external vendors and internal teams.
• Act as SME for platforms including Qondor, Cvent, EventsAir, and related reporting tools.
• Support system projects from requirements through implementation and post‑deployment optimization.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Salesforce, and other tech teams for integrations.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for users.
• Manage escalations with third‑party suppliers to resolution.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and user guidance; maintain documentation.
• Generate reports on system usage, compliance, trends, and adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation with stakeholders.
• Stay informed on new technologies and best practices in system administration.
• Support global teams including out‑of‑hours escalations and international communications.
