FCM Travel is seeking a dedicated systems enablement specialist and process owner for M&E. You will bridge business requirements with technology solutions, enforce standards, govern tool usage, and continuously improve operations aligned with global OBW standards.

You’ll connect global product owners with regional needs and frontline operations, while supporting across all corporate brands. The role emphasizes configuring and managing business systems, mapping processes, and driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in business systems, process improvement, or operations roles.
• Proven experience with business process mapping, documentation, and optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to configure and manage business systems/platforms.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business requirements with technology solutions and improve operational standards.
• Govern and continuously improve tool usage aligned with global OBW standards.
• Act as the bridge between global product owners, regional business needs and frontline operations.
