Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and customs officers.
• Prepare delivery documents, invoices, packing lists, and COO applications when needed.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist HS code determination and annual quantity estimates.
• Follow up with suppliers post-PO to track delivery timelines and resolve issues.
• Maintain logistics records, generate ad hoc reports, and support admin tasks.
• Foster clear internal/external communication and proactively address logistics issues.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
