Coherent Corp. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Penang to manage physical shipment verification, documentation, and release to forwarders.

You will coordinate with internal teams and forwarders to ensure timely customs declarations and compliance under Ex-works & FCA/FOB terms. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years of shipping/logistics experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, and is proficient with

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years in shipping/logistics in an MNC with high mix high volume manufacturing environment.
• Must be PC literate in spreadsheet applications; warehousing/logistics management experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to report information/data.
• possess logical and analytical thinking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Verify physical shipment labels and release to forwarder.
• Send booking confirmations for Ex-works, FCA/FOB shipments.
• Monitor shipments via FedEx/DHL pending lists.
• Coordinate and send shipping documents for customs declaration.
