Job summary

Kerry in Malaysia is seeking an Import Export Specialist to coordinate and execute import/export activities for global shipments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related discipline is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in import/export, customs, logistics or international trade operations.
• Experience using SAP GTS, SAP ECC or similar trade management systems preferred.
• Strong English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import/export requests and prioritise urgent movements.
• Generate and review import/export declarations using SAP GTS/SAP ECC.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade and regulatory standards.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain shipment records, permits and related documentation for audits.
