Job summary

CIDOLS SDN. BHD. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage end-to-end import and export operations in Malaysia. You will plan shipments, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and prepare shipping documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

Collaborate with transport partners and the warehouse team to optimise routes and maintain accurate inventory. You will monitor shipments, resolve issues, and provide administrative support across projects as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Diploma in Logistics or related field.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export logistics, including shipment planning, coordination, and preparation of shipping documentation.
• Coordinate closely with customers and suppliers to ensure orders and deliveries are processed smoothly and on schedule.
• Work closely with transport partners, including shipping agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines, to arrange and monitor import and export shipments.
• Evaluate and select the most efficient shipment arrangements from existing freight forwarders, balancing service, timing, and cost considerations.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues by coordinating with relevant customers, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.
• Provide administrative and operational support on other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
