Job summary

EFL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to manage export documentation and shipment administration. You will prepare documents such as House Bills of Lading and manifests and ensure accuracy across all records.

Responsibilities include processing data in Cargowise One, handling daily shipments, meeting strict KPIs, and ensuring compliance with destination regulations while coordinating with local and overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute export documentation, including House Bills of Lading, Master Bills of Lading, manifests, and other required shipping documents for export shipments.
• Process and maintain shipment data in Cargowise One.
• Handle daily shipment transactions and ensure documentation is completed within strict timelines and agreed KPIs.
• Ensure all documentation complies with applicable destination and country regulations.
• Submit EDI, pre-alerts, and other required shipment information to local and overseas parties.
• Submit required data and documentation to carriers for export shipments.
• Ensure timely distribution of shipping documents to shippers and overseas agents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
• Adhere to all SOPs, compliance procedures, and work instructions.
