Job summary

Genting Plantations Berhad is seeking a reliable Logistics & Documentations Manager for our downstream division in Malaysia. You will oversee freight costs, shipping documents, and compliance to ensure efficient delivery and traceability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, 5–10 years of experience, and the ability to coordinate with shipping agents, customs, and internal teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in biodiesel, edible oil, oleochemical or related industry is an advantage.
• Experience in shipment handling for bulk and container is an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret import and export laws, policies and regulations.
• Good analytical, communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Identify freight savings opportunities and monitor costs to align with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with Customs, Federal, Corporate and other regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, customs, and internal teams.
• Coordinate and process export shipments from order fulfilment to final delivery.
• Manage shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certification of origin, and letter of credit.
