Job summary

Mccorry (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Executive to own end-to-end shipping, documentation, and logistics activities across the Business Unit, while coordinating closely with our US team to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires hands-on management of orders, export and import documentation, invoicing, and collaboration with finance and service providers; strong English and Mandarin, Excel skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in logistics or related roles; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong math and numerical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Oracle NetSuite knowledge is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively and meet deadlines.
• Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shipping, documentation, and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor end-to-end order process from inquiry to invoicing.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
• Arrange cargo inspections and export documentation within deadlines.
• Coordinate with Finance on payments and financing matters.
• Ensure shipments are insured and comply with SOPs.
• Track vessel arrivals and prepare import docs for customs clearance.
• Arrange trucking and issue cargo releases to warehouses.
