You will coordinate shipments, prepare shipping docs, update inventory systems, generate reports, and collaborate with operations, finance, and sales to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and centers.
• Prepare shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders, maintain stock records and inventory systems.
• Process daily orders from customers, wholesalers, and distributors for packing and shipping.
• Obtain shipping quotations and negotiate rates when needed.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and maintain documentation for customs and insurance.
• Update internal databases and generate logistics reports as required.
• Provide delivery updates to internal teams, retailers, and customers; coordinate with operations, finance, and sales.
• Adhere to company policies and supply chain procedures.
