• Degree in Instructional Design or equivalent.
• 3+ years designing and producing blended and online instructional materials and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate needs into actionable content and instructional design items.
• Design and develop digital learning content (videos, e-learning, interactive presentations).
• Collaborate with L&D colleagues and SMEs to ensure quality standards.
• Update training material for accuracy and relevance.
• Develop systems, soft skills and business skills learning content as required.
