Job summary

Azelis Holding S.A. is seeking a Group Learning & Development Specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role combines instructional design with hands-on learning platform management to translate business needs into learner-centric programs across digital, virtual and classroom formats.

The specialist will manage learning records, facilitate training, partner with stakeholders and vendors, and use feedback to continuously improve learning effectiveness across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering online and in-person learning experiences.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional-design models.
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging learning experiences across digital, virtual and classroom formats.
• Manage Workday Learning LMS configurations, content and reporting.
• Deliver live training sessions and webinars, and coordinate logistics across regions.
