The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver learning programs, conduct skill assessments, and collaborate with leaders to align content with organizational objectives. Relocation support is available as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training or instructional design.
• Experience developing digital learning content and paths.
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop skill standards and measurement methods aligned with business needs.
• Design and deliver learning programs (e-learning, microlearning, simulations).
• Conduct baseline and ongoing assessments; provide content improvements based on data.
