Job summary

Roche in Petaling Jaya is seeking an Instructional Designer to analyze learning needs, develop training content, and collaborate with internal customers to deliver effective eLearning solutions. You will create and modify e-content using authoring tools, ensure quality, support global learning initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement across the Learning organization.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in instructional design, with experience in Cornerstone or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in instructional design.
• Experience with eContent authoring tools (e.g., Captivate, Storyline).
• Familiarity with LMS environments and Cornerstone is a plus.
• Strong storytelling, attention to detail, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a global, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and partner with internal customers to input course content.
• Plan, organize, and develop training content to meet specific needs.
• Create and modify e-content; troubleshoot issues before escalation.
• Provide customer service on eLearning activities and support global learning initiatives.
• Lead or participate in projects, ensuring end-to-end ownership and quality.
