Job summary

Omya is seeking a Learning & Development Operations professional to coordinate global and regional learning activities. You will manage session setups, enrolments, and attendance, while ensuring data accuracy across HR systems and LMS tools.

You will support the rollout of learning programs, collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and address L&D inquiries. A strong emphasis on compliance, reporting, and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years in Learning & Development or HR operations.
• Experience coordinating learning programs and system administration.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global and regional L&D operational activities on time and accurately.
• Administer learning requests, cases, and ticket management with timely updates.
• Maintain learning data in HR systems and administer catalogue, courses and attendance data.
• Provide operational input to planning, capacity discussions and KPI reporting.
• Support rollout of learning programs and vendor coordination.
• Respond to L&D queries from employees, managers and stakeholders.
