Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an IT Vendor Contract Specialist to support contract definition, review, and negotiation for IT outsourcing and procurement initiatives. You will collaborate with procurement and legal to ensure compliance and favorable terms.

You will verify supplier invoices, forecast contracts, and work with DBS service owners to define SLAs and KPIs. The role requires strong analytical skills and clear English communication in a fast-moving global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, business administration, economics or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience with IT vendors or managing IT contracts.
• Understanding of IT processes; SaaS and cloud contracts a plus.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support contract definition, review and negotiation for IT outsourcing and procurement initiatives in collaboration with procurement and legal.
• Vendor invoice verification and contract forecasting.
• Partner with DBS service owners to define measurable SLAs and KPIs for IT contracts.
• Govern contracts, ensure obligations are met, and verify supplier invoices.
• Assist in tender processes and audits; contribute to DBS process improvements.
