METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage service contracts, orders and invoicing in SAP CRM, ensuring timely processing and accuracy across the billing cycle.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across time zones. A diploma or BS/BA in a related field is preferred, with a focus on customer service and process improvement.

Competenze

• Requires diploma or BS/BA in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken, written, read). Knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
• Good team player with ability to work cross culture and function.

Mansioni

• Process service contracts, orders and invoicing in SAP CRM in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify, analyze and resolve errors related to released orders and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor billing plans and ensure invoices and proforma invoices are prepared and closed on time.
