Job description

Responsibilities of the Role:

Service Scope:

• Provide operational support for client's self-developed systems (e.g., I&C, LPH, Contract Center), primarily covering contracts and related domains.
• Efficiently resolve user-reported system issues with high quality and productivity.
• Deliver high-quality results for other critical tasks assigned by team leadership.

Requirements for the Role:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years working experience in Java development, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or other common databases is preferred (proficient in object-oriented programming, familiar with Spring MVC/Spring Boot API development, and experienced with Spring Data JPA/Hibernate/PostgreSQL).
• Responsible for business-related system operation & maintenance, including rapid diagnosis and resolution of critical system failures.
• Strong communication skills (Chinese & English speaking, English in writing), strong self-motivation, willing to support night on‑call duty when required.
