Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a Group Insurance Coordinator to support global insurance operations within our Finance team. You will manage policy administration, renewals, claims reporting, invoicing, and month-end reporting with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or Insurance and 2–4 years’ experience in insurance administration or shared services, with ERP experience (SAP/Unibis) and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance administration, finance operations, or shared services.
• Experience with SAP, Unibis, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for annual insurance renewals and premium payments.
• Maintain insurance policy registers, schedules, certificates, and related documentation.
• Coordinate issuance and renewal of Certificates of Currency; ensure policy renewals.
• Lead internal claims reporting and respond to insurer queries.
• Process invoices, create POs in SAP/Unibis, and track payments.
• Prepare month-end insurance reporting by the 25th each month.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and process documentation; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with brokers and business units to enhance digital insurance capabilities.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by Team Leader or Manager.
