Sailun Tire Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Import & Logistics Operations professional to manage shipment coordination, customs clearance, and warehouse control in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating local deliveries, monitoring inventory, and supporting cross‑functional supply chain activities.

You will work with overseas suppliers and local teams, requiring Mandarin and English proficiency, strong data analysis capabilities, and experience with ERP/SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory and operational data.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Mandarin and English proficiency for overseas coordination.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with import/export documentation and freight coordination.
• Knowledge of domestic logistics and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage import logistics operations including shipment coordination and customs clearance.
• Coordinate domestic logistics activities and delivery scheduling with transporters.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and cycle counts for accuracy.
• Analyse sales orders, inventory data and warehouse performance for planning.
• Maintain import, inventory and logistics records and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and supply chain operations.
• Perform other operational and logistics duties as assigned.
