Job summary

Esco Lifesciences Group in Malaysia is seeking a Jr HR Specialist to support the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance feedback, and offboarding. You will assist with job postings, scheduling, documentation, and HR data management to ensure accurate records.

You will collaborate with the HR Manager and HRBP across countries, participate in HR projects, and help administer policies, training, and events while maintaining confidentiality and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 1–2 years HR/administrative experience; internships considered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and work with multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Support HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance feedback, and offboarding.
• Assist with job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
• Prepare employment contracts and induction materials.
• Coordinate HR initiatives and documentation across countries.
• Provide office-management support and assist with events.
