ActAI is expanding its global HR footprint and seeking an experienced leader to own HR Operations across multiple countries. You’ll build scalable processes, oversee payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with local laws while partnering with leadership to support rapid global expansion.

This remote, hands-on role requires managing employee records, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding with a meticulous eye for accuracy and data governance across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong understanding of global HR operations, employment documentation, payroll coordination, HR systems, and compliance.
• Experience building and improving HR processes in a fast-growing company.
• Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with process improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own HR operations across the global employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
• Build and improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs that can scale across multiple countries
• Oversee global HR systems, employee records, reporting, and data governance
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, employment documentation, and statutory compliance with local partners and EOR providers where applicable
• Ensure HR operations remain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready across all locations
• Improve operational efficiency through process redesign, automation, and system improvements
• Lead and develop the HR Operations function while partnering with leadership to support global expansion
