Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience across multiple HR disciplines including performance management and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment law across multiple European countries.
• Working knowledge of HR operations including onboarding, performance evaluations and data consolidation/management of workload balance.
• Strong communication, strategic and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR policies with strategic goals.
• Provide expertise in Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Development for rapid growth.
• Guide performance management for line managers through coaching and career development.
• Improve relationships, morale, productivity and retention across teams.
• Investigate complex employee relations issues objectively and thoroughly.
• Identify training needs and provide executive coaching as required.
• Advise on department structures, workforce planning and succession for a growing organization.
