Qualifications

• HR Transformation, HR Technology, HR Operations Excellence, or Management Consulting background or IT/Data Analytics/AI with HR project experience.
• HR process redesign, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and HR tech platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR processes.
• Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, employee services, and operational processes.
• Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
• Lead AI pilots, proofs of concept (PoCs), and scaling of successful solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.

Transform the Future of HR through AI

We are seeking a highly motivated HR AI & Digital Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption, automation, and process innovation for Global Human Resources function.

This role will serve as the HR function's AI champion, identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve employee experience, and increase productivity through Generative AI, automation, analytics, and modern HR technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR processes.
• Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, employee services, and operational processes.
• Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
• Lead AI pilots, proofs of concept (PoCs), and scaling of successful solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.

Qualifications

Either of the following backgrounds:

• HR Transformation, HR Technology, HR Operations Excellence, or Management Consulting; or
• IT, Data Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting with HR Related project experience.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on use of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
• HR process redesign, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Workday, SuccessFactors, ATS, or other HR technology platforms.
• People Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement.
