Job summary

Supersafe Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, plant administration, foreign worker management, and safety compliance across the group, including the forthcoming relocation to Semenyih.

The role covers disciplinary actions, licensing, inspections, hostel management, and relocation logistics, while supporting payroll and statutory adherence for a multi-entity manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–7 years in HR and general administration, within manufacturing.
• Group/multi-entity exposure including foreign worker management and hostel admin.
• Knowledge of Employment Act 1955, OSHA basics, local licensing procedures.
• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; comfortable communicating with foreign workers.
• Willing to relocate from Seri Kembangan to Semenyih in Q1 2027.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-level HR operations for factory staff and corporate teams.
• Manage admin tasks, facility upkeep, licensing, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Handle foreign worker documentation, renewals, and housing compliance.
• Coordinate plant relocation logistics and record migration.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, probation tracking, and performance appraisals.
