Job summary

UACJ FOIL MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking an HR Operations professional focused on Foreign Worker Management (FWM) in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The role covers expatriates and foreign general workers, plus time, leave, recruitment, employee relations, and canteen oversight.

You will coordinate government portals, ensure compliance with Malaysian employment practices, and support canteen operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, Administration, or Operations with hands-on Foreign Worker Management experience.
• Experience in Foreign Worker Management including documentation, immigration and work permits, onboarding and accommodation management.
• RBA Compliance experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace conflicts, and employment disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage new applications and renewals of foreign worker employment passes and work permits (EP/DP/PVP/PLKS) through relevant e-Services and government portals.
• Coordinate passport renewal procedures with embassies/agents prior to expiry dates.
• Liaise with government agencies, immigration, and panel clinics for medical check-ups (FOMEMA) and permit endorsements.
• Maintain complete and updated records of foreign worker documents, passport validity, and visa expiration dates.
• Handle foreign worker-related matters including bank accounts, EPF, SOCSO, accommodation, and transportation.
• Manage attendance and leave records for foreign workers and process attendance data in the HR system.
• Manage full recruitment and onboarding processes, including new employee orientation.
• Arrange health screenings for employees and foreign workers, including pre-employment.
