Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have 2 years of experience with foreign worker permits. Strong language skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 Years of working experience in handling foreign worker permit and visa applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to information requests from government agencies regarding foreign workers.
• Prepare necessary documents for KDN applications and monitor arrival dates.
• Report to JTK about newly arrived foreign workers within fourteen days of arrival.
• File reports at the Police Station and JTK for foreign workers who have resigned or absconded.
• Conduct orientation programs for new Foreign Workers.
• Handle documentation for incoming foreign workers or Expatriates.
