Job summary

Luxshare Precision (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR professional based in Malaysia to oversee foreign worker matters, recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration.

The role requires coordination with department heads to align workforce requirements, maintain accurate records, and support audits and manpower reporting. You will also handle training administration, counselling, and exit processes as part of a dynamic HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling foreign worker matters such as intake, permits and documentation.
• Experience in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Strong HR administration and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work with various departments to meet workforce requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreign worker matters, including new intake, permit renewal, FOMEMA, passport renewal, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with HODs on foreign worker recruitment, placement, and workforce requirements.
• Maintain accurate foreign worker records and documentation.
• Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee training administration, counselling, and separation/exit processes.
• Support internal & external audits, employee satisfaction surveys, and manpower reporting.
• Perform other HR and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
