Job summary

Esco Lifesciences Group in Malaysia is seeking a Jr HR Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance feedback and offboarding. You will respond to HR process questions, assist with postings, scheduling and documentation, and support training initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Psychology and 1–2 years of relevant experience or internship exposure. Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as HR Assistant/Administrator or similar role; fresh grads with internship may be considered.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with colleagues across countries.

Responsibilities

• Support employees throughout the employment journey including recruitment, onboarding, performance feedback and offboarding.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR processes, policies and benefits.
• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate coordination and interview scheduling.
• Support career development and training activities for employees and managers.
