Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Malaysia is seeking an HR Solutions Specialist who provides technical and functional knowledge to support HR solutions activities. You’ll act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, delivering empathetic, employee-focused service to keep users engaged and informed.

The role emphasizes handling complex service requests, guiding issues to resolution, optimizing knowledge bases, and collaborating with management to improve processes and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4 years of HR administration or shared services experience required.
• Experience interacting with all levels of management.
• Experience managing HR system data.
• Experience with enabling technologies in a customer service environment (ServiceNow preferred).
• Experience with an ERP system (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle complex HR solutions tasks with minimal direction as first contact.
• Respond to complex service demands and issues, providing HR information to employees and leaders.
• Delegate and elevate inquiries while tracking progress to case completion.
• Lead and execute HR tasks for assigned functions and coach teammates.
• Utilize HR knowledge bases and case management to resolve inquiries quickly.
• Identify trends from inquiries and suggest improvements to reduce volume and turnaround time.
• Contribute to improving HR Knowledge Base and content based on user experience.
• Perform other incidental duties.
