Triple Y Studio in Malaysia is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the establishment and expansion of an international team within the Gaming industry. You will own the ground-up build (0 to 1), overseeing business development and operations to drive sustainable growth across international markets.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong relationships with partners, and the ability to travel internationally to oversee multi-market initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development strategies to establish and expand the company's presence in international markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Lead business expansion initiatives and drive overall revenue growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, affiliates, clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end establishment of a new international team, from initial setup to full-scale operations.
• Recruit, develop, and lead key personnel across business development, sales, and operational functions.
• Oversee the overall daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth execution.
• Establish operational workflows, SOPs, internal processes, and management systems.
• Monitor business performance, operational efficiency, and departmental KPIs.
