TPY Creation is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the establishment and expansion of a new international team within the Gaming industry. This role will own building the business from the ground up (0 to 1), overseeing the full business development and operational functions, and driving sustainable growth across international markets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, strategic planning, business development, and operational management

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial management, or operations, preferably in iGaming.
• Proven experience in building and managing teams or business operations from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of the international Gaming market, business models, and industry dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies, establish partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development strategies to establish and expand the company's presence in international markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Lead business expansion initiatives and drive overall revenue growth and profitability.
