Responsibilities

• Process client requests and resolve issues via live chat, phone, and email across multiple programs with accuracy.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate specialist via Salesforce or Jira.
• Update clients on request status and progress.
• Verify documents submitted by clients within specified regions hourly.
• Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with attention to detail.
• Attend seminars and understand company functions to meet assessment targets.
• Achieve quarterly KPIs set by the CS manager.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
