Job summary

Ferring Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to support operational finance activities across P2P, O2C and A2R processes. You will review and approve BPO deliverables and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

The role involves management reporting, variance analyses, budgeting and auditing internal controls while collaborating with country Finance teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance.
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Analytical mindset and problem solving.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Professional business English and local language as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic management reports and variance analyses.
• Advise business with timely financial analyses and risk assessments.
• Manage cash flow, tax, treasury and month-end close.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Coordinate with BPO and ensure compliant finance processes.
