Job summary

Business Support Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Officer to support day-to-day finance operations, including payments, reconciliations, fund allocation, banking processes, and audit activities.

You will prepare finance reports, maintain accurate records, assist with onboarding for banks and payment platforms, and liaise with internal teams and vendors on finance matters, ensuring compliance and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with an Accounting-related degree are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or auditing.
• Good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality when handling financial information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for finance operations, including processing invoices, payments, expense claims, and reimbursements.
• Prepare finance reports, reconciliations, schedules, and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist with fund allocation across group entities, including invoice preparation and coordination of the approval process.
• Support account opening and onboarding processes for banks and payment platforms.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external parties on finance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and documentation requirements.
• Support audits, finance process improvements, and other finance-related initiatives as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
