Job summary

TMF Group in Malaysia invites an experienced Finance Manager to oversee ERP-related close processes and retain strong internal controls. You will review month-end reconciliations, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across finance functions.

The role requires a university degree in Finance/Accounting, 8+ years in a similar position, and solid English communication. Knowledge of IFRS and MS Office is essential; exposure to cross-border teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• University/College degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience managing a small team (5-15 people) is an advantage.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of accounting rules and IFRS.
• MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience with process documentation is a plus.
• Able to lead and communicate across a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Review ERP entries for completeness and compliance with defined policies.
• Review and oversee month-end closing, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Train junior staff and supervise some activities.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation.
• Interact with TMF Local offices and other group functions as required.
• Maintain relationships and serve as a single contact for process matters.
• Support audits and internal control activities.
