Job summary

Ferring Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to support operational finance activities across P2P, O2C and A2R processes. The role partners with the country Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

The candidate will drive variance analyses, management reporting, and strategic financial planning while coordinating with the BPO to deliver high-quality services in a decentralized finance structure.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to challenge business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash Flow Projections: Forecast collections and payments, ensure timely collections to meet DSO targets.
• Period end closing and reporting: Define journal entries, perform analytical review and internal controls.
• Tax preparation and management: Calculate taxes, report taxes, monitor compliance, respond to tax inquiries.
• Treasury management: Manage in-house bank accounts, financial risk, FX master data.
