Job summary

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency preferred for interactions with Mandarin-speaking colleagues from China.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for financial data interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with financial software, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support management decisions.
• Assist budgeting, planning, and cost-control initiatives to optimise profitability.
• Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for reporting.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management to support business objectives.
