TSMG is seeking an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project in Malaysia. The role focuses on coordinating daily operations, guiding field teams, and ensuring on-time delivery and data quality.

You will manage schedules, monitor KPIs, handle escalations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. A background in operations or project management and strong English communication are essential for success in

Competenze

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.
• Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Availability for long-term cooperation throughout the project.
