Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks an aggressive, marketing-led Export Sales & Marketing Senior Executive to drive international brand strategy and distributor partnerships in the FMCG sector. You will own marketing lifecycle for export territories, including brand planning, A&P budgeting, social media activations, and packaging improvements.

The role involves overseeing export operations, PSI stock movements, AR aging, and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of solid marketing experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
• Experience in Annual Brand Planning, Advertising & Promotional (A&P) management, BTL/ATL activations, and market research.
• Hands-on experience with third-party distributors; export sales or overseas marketing exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with export sales operations, stock movement tracking (PSI), AR aging, and supply chain coordination.
• Aggressive commercial drive with willingness to travel overseas for customer visits and market studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor annual, mid-term, and long-term marketing plans to expand distribution and market penetration.
• Maintain communication with international distributors; evaluate sales performance and optimize channel strategies.
• Drive consumer engagement and brand visibility through social media campaigns, trade activations, and events.
• Support regional business development with product concepts, packaging enhancements, and cost optimization.
• Oversee export delivery deadlines, monitor AR aging, track PSI movements, and report on sales progress.
• Ensure compliance with Halal, Food Safety & Quality, Environmental, and Food Defense standards.
